Welcome to RTG Lifestyle. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by RTG Lifestyle, including our divisions: Revolutionary Training Getaway, Rhythmic Tunes Global, Renowned Trends Group, Royal Taste Gourmet, Renaissance Travel & Gatherings, ReflectiveTales Global, Refined Traveler's Galleria, Royal Terra Global, and Rahul Travel Group. These terms are governed by Dutch law and are designed to ensure a safe and transparent experience for all our clients.

Important: These terms and conditions apply to all our existing and future divisions with RTG abbreviations.

1. Definitions

RTG Lifestyle: Refers to RTG Lifestyle and all its subsidiaries and services.
Client: Any individual or entity utilizing services provided by RTG Lifestyle.
Partner: Third-party service providers affiliated with RTG Lifestyle.
PrivilegePass: Subscription-based membership services offered by RTG Lifestyle, including RTG PrivilegePass, Executive PrivilegePass, Generations PrivilegePass, and Personal Lifestyle Manager.
RTG Divisions: All current and future divisions and departments under the RTG abbreviation, such as Revolutionary Training Getaway, Rhythmic Tunes Global, Renowned Trends Group, Royal Taste Gourmet, Renaissance Travel & Gatherings, ReflectiveTales Global, Refined Traveler's Galleria, Royal Terra Global, Rahul Travel Group, and other RTG-related services.

2. General provisions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between RTG Lifestyle and the client (Article 6:231 of the Dutch Civil Code).
By using the services of RTG Lifestyle, the client fully agrees to these terms and conditions.
RTG Lifestyle reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of significant changes (Article 6:234 of the Dutch Civil Code).

3. Services

3.1 Revolutionary Training Getaway (RTG Sports)

Services: Provides training and coaching services for athletes, including professional training camps and sports events.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not responsible for injuries or accidents during training sessions. Participation is at the client's own risk. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: All training and events are conducted in collaboration with recognized sports partners and trainers.

3.2 Rhythmic Tunes Global (RTG Music)

Services: Offers music lessons in various classical and modern instruments, both online and on location.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not liable for accidents, injuries, or dissatisfaction with the provided instruction. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Music lessons are provided by qualified instructors who have graduated from renowned conservatories.

3.3 Renowned Trends Group (RTG Branding)

Services: Offers personal branding and marketing services, including strategy development, campaign management, and brand consulting.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not liable for the results or outcomes of marketing campaigns or branding strategies. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Marketing and branding services are conducted in collaboration with experienced professionals and strategists in the industry.

3.4 Royal Taste Gourmet (RTG Catering)

Services: Provides high-quality catering services for events, parties, and business gatherings.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not liable for food-related illnesses or dissatisfaction with the catering services. Issues will be addressed with the catering partners. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Catering services are provided by certified chefs and catering companies.

3.5 Renaissance Travel & Gatherings (RTG Events)

Services: Offers comprehensive event planning and execution, from corporate events to private gatherings.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not responsible for failures or issues arising from the services of third-party vendors involved in the event. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Events are organized in collaboration with renowned event planners and suppliers.

3.6 ReflectiveTales Global (RTG Media)

Services: Provides media production services, including photography, videography, and editing for various projects.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final media products. Complaints will be handled with the respective media partners. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Media services are delivered by professional photographers, videographers, and editors with extensive experience.

3.7 Refined Traveler's Galleria (RTG Shopping)

Services: Offers personal shopping and online store services, where clients receive clothing and accessories and only pay for what they keep.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the received items. Clients can return unwanted items free of charge. Personalized items, however, cannot be returned. RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 6:74 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Items are provided by selected fashion partners and designers.

3.8 Royal Terra Global (RTG Real Estate)

Services: Provides real estate brokerage services, helping clients find properties for both residential and commercial purposes.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not liable for defects or issues with the properties. Responsibility lies with the property owners and managers. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Real estate services are provided in collaboration with recognized brokers and real estate developers.

3.9 Rahul Travel Group (RTG Travel)

Services: Offers comprehensive travel planning and organization, from flights and accommodations to excursions and special experiences.
Liability: RTG Lifestyle is not responsible for errors, omissions, or failures by travel service providers. However, RTG Lifestyle will always attempt to resolve any issues between the client and the partner (Article 7:507 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Partners: Travel services are provided in collaboration with reliable travel organizations and service providers worldwide.

4. Memberships

RTG PrivilegePass: Monthly subscription providing various lifestyle services.
Executive PrivilegePass: Annual subscription for businesses.
Generations PrivilegePass: Annual subscription for families.
Personal Lifestyle Manager: Annual subscription offering comprehensive personal assistance.

5. Payment terms

All services and memberships must be paid in full according to the agreed terms.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
RTG Lifestyle reserves the right to charge penalties for late payments (Article 6:119 of the Dutch Civil Code).
In the case of continued payment default, RTG Lifestyle may take legal action, including engaging a debt collection agency to recover outstanding amounts. All additional costs incurred will be borne by the client (Article 6:96 of the Dutch Civil Code).

6. Liability and indemnity

RTG Lifestyle acts as an intermediary and is not liable for errors, failures, or issues arising from the services of its partners (Article 6:76 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Clients agree to indemnify and hold RTG Lifestyle harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of its services (Article 6:75 of the Dutch Civil Code).
RTG Lifestyle will make every effort to resolve disputes between clients and partners but does not assume responsibility for partner-related issues.

7. Cancellation and termination

Clients may cancel their services or memberships with appropriate notice as per the specific service agreement (Article 6:265 of the Dutch Civil Code).
RTG Lifestyle reserves the right to terminate any service or membership at its discretion, with notice to the client (Article 6:248 of the Dutch Civil Code).

8. Privacy and data protection

RTG Lifestyle respects client privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws (Article 6:104 of the GDPR).
Personal data will only be used for the purposes of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without client consent (Article 6:5 of the GDPR).

9. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law (Article 6:246 of the Dutch Civil Code).
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts (Article 6:247 of the Dutch Civil Code).

10. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect (Article 6:228 of the Dutch Civil Code).
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between RTG Lifestyle and the client, superseding any prior agreements or representations (Article 6:248 of the Dutch Civil Code).
